Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund Participated in the VII Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum
On August 13–15, 2025, the VII Kyrgyz-Russian Economic Forum is being carried out at the Baytur Resort & SPA (Bosteri village, Issyk-Kul Region, Kyrgyz Republic), organized by the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund. The forum is the platform for discussing the deepening of economic, investment, and technological cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Russia.
The event was attended by high-ranking representatives of government bodies, development institutions, business, academia, the expert community, and international organizations. From the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, the forum was attended by Board Member Nagira Sharsheeva. The forum program included plenary sessions, thematic panel discussions, B2B meetings, and an exhibition and fair. The main discussion topics covered digital sovereignty and technological cooperation within the EAEU, industrial integration, the development of logistics and trade infrastructure, the digitalization of financial solutions, tourism prospects, and workforce training for the new economy.
During the panel discussions, participants addressed current issues such as digital transformation, investment attraction, market expansion, transport and logistics infrastructure development, and the creation of modern educational programs for training highly qualified specialists.
Following the forum, the parties expressed their readiness to further expand cooperation, launch joint initiatives, and strengthen the role of development institutions in implementing strategic economic projects.
