On participation in the meeting of heads of local government on issues of concessional financing with the participation of commercial banks and development funds
On February 18-19, a meeting was organized by the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of heads of local government, akims of districts and mayors of cities of regional significance. The event was dedicated to the discussion of current issues of preferential financing aimed at supporting the socio-economic development of the regions.
Representatives of key financial institutions, including two commercial banks with a state share in the capital, four development funds, and a state insurance and leasing company, attended the meeting. Deputy Chairman of the Board Kanat Kurmanov represented the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
The first deputy minister of economy and commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic Choro Seyitov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of concessional financing as a tool for stimulating economic growth and improving the quality of life in the regions.
During the event, commercial banks and development funds presented detailed information on the terms of financing. Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund Kanat Kurmanov made a presentation in which he revealed the main areas of the Fund's activities and spoke in detail about the possibilities of concessional financing of projects in various sectors of the economy. The event became an important platform for exchanging experience and developing solutions aimed at strengthening the economic potential and developing the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic. The participants expressed their readiness for further cooperation and implementation of the prepared projects.
