On participation in the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Energy Forum
On November 28, 2023, the first Hungarian-Kyrgyz Energy Forum was held in Bishkek. The forum was organized by the Embassy of Hungary in the Kyrgyz Republic, the organizer was supported by the Ministry of External Economic Relations and Foreign Affairs of Hungary, as well as the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
The purpose of the forum was to establish business contacts between companies from Hungary and the Kyrgyz Republic in the energy sector.
From the invited twenty Kyrgyz companies and organizations, the work was attended by managers and representatives of such companies as Unison Group, Kemin Energy LLC, Metrum TEK LLC, Alliance Hydro LLC, Kainama GES-2 LLC and companies that are interested in construction HPP of the Kok-Sai and Konur-Olon, Barskoon GES LLC, Chon-Ak-Suu-Hydro-Energo LLC, Shamshy GES LLC, Time Consulting LLC. The Hungarian side was represented by managers and representatives of four companies, namely A-Hid Zrt., LUGOS Renewables, Realiscon Kft and Pólus Kft.
The forum was attended by Sandor Dorogi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to the Kyrgyz Republic, Talaibek Baygaziev, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kundus Kyrbasheva, Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Ulan Sarbanov, Chairman of the Board of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.
This forum provided a unique opportunity to meet with representatives of Hungarian companies who arrived in Bishkek to discuss opportunities for cooperation and partnership and present their developments and experience in innovative technologies, sustainable development and energy efficiency. The forum hosted meetings in the B2B (business-to-business) format.
