Fund and Kyrgyz Broiler Breeding Farm LLC Sign Loan Agreement
On June 25, 2026, the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and Kyrgyz Broiler Poultry Breeding Plant LLC signed an agreement to open a credit line for $3.5 million for the implementation of a project to develop poultry breeding in the Kyrgyz Republic. The Agreement includes a first sub-loan of $821,000.
The funds will be used to purchase day-old broiler chickens of a meat cross from the Hungarian company Aviagen Kft., construct poultry houses, and acquire equipment. The total investment in the project is approximately $6 million, 41% of which is provided by the company's own funds. The project, implemented in collaboration with the Hungarian company Aviagen Kft, aims to strengthen food security, increase domestic hatching egg production, reduce dependence on imported breeding material, and create new jobs.
Kyrgyz Broiler Poultry Farm LLC is part of a group of companies that covers the full poultry production cycle, from poultry farming to processing and marketing of finished products.
Project support is in line with the priority areas of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund's activities to develop the agro-industrial complex of the Kyrgyz Republic and strengthen Kyrgyz-Hungarian economic cooperation.
