The Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund took part in the IV International Conference on Public-Private Partnership

On October 23, 2025, in Bishkek, at the International University of the Kyrgyz Republic, the IV International Conference on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) opened under the motto “State and Business: Synergy for a Strong Partnership.” The event was attended by First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev, Director of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Ravshanbek Sabirov, representatives of international organizations, development institutions, business circles, and the academic community. Kanat Kurmanov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, took part in the conference.

In his welcoming speech, Ravshanbek Sabirov, Director of the National Investment Agency, emphasized that the PPP mechanism in Kyrgyzstan has become an effective tool for attracting investment and introducing innovations that contribute to sustainable economic growth. The conference discussed strategic directions for PPP development, the exchange of experience between government agencies, international financial institutions, and businesses, as well as issues related to improving mechanisms for interaction between the state and the private sector.

Participants paid particular attention to the development of green infrastructure, increasing the transparency of project implementation, and the formation of an international professional community in the field of PPP. The Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund considers participation in such events as an important opportunity to strengthen international cooperation and promote joint initiatives aimed at sustainable development and increasing the investment attractiveness of Kyrgyzstan.
