Announcement of an Open Tender for the Selection of a Contractor to Perform Renovation Works at the Office of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund

The Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund or HKDF) announces an open tender for the selection of a contractor to carry out renovation works in the Fund's office premises.

All interested organizations are invited to participate in the tender. Tender proposals will be accepted until July 21, 2025, inclusive, by 6:00 PM local time (GMT+6, Bishkek) via email: info@hkdf.kg. The subject line of the email must state: “Office Renovation”.

Detailed information about the tender, scope of work, and technical specifications is available on the Fund's official website: www.hkdf.kg, and also provided in the invitation to participate (see attached documents). Additional clarifications can be obtained on working days from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM by phone at: +996 312 626 342 / +996 990 626 342, but no later than three business days before the application deadline.
