On participation in the "Investment Forum 2025"

Today, the "Investment Forum 2025" was held in Bishkek, organized by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic. The forum was opened by First Deputy Minister Zhanybek Kalkanovich Kerimaliev, emphasizing the importance of investments for the sustainable development of the country's agro-industrial sector.

The event presented key investment projects in the following areas:

• milk processing and dairy production; • development of fruit and vegetable processing; • modernization of meat processing plants; • leather and wool processing; • development of niche and high-income products (honey, walnuts, beans, etc.); • logistics, storage and creation of refrigeration infrastructure; • implementation of innovations in processing and packaging; • financial instruments and government support for investors; • export potential of agricultural products.

Domestic companies and experts in the field of technology and finance presented their projects and solutions. Deputy Chairman of the Board Kanat Kurmanov took part in the forum from the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund, noting the Fund's readiness to cooperate and support investment projects in the agricultural sector. The forum included B2B meetings, round tables, and an informal cultural program that facilitated the establishment of business contacts and the exchange of experience. The forum became an important platform for promoting the agro-industrial potential of Kyrgyzstan and strengthening cooperation with investors.
