Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund and Business Education Caravan: Support for Entrepreneurs in the Regions

From March 25 to April 22, 2025, a large-scale information campaign "Business Education Caravan" will be held in all regions of the country, organized by the Secretariat of the Investment Council under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in partnership with the JIA business association. The goal of the campaign is to raise awareness among entrepreneurs about key reforms in the country, including tax reforms, labor legislation, mechanisms for protecting private property, regional development and the implementation of PPPs.

Particular attention will be paid to informing small and medium-sized businesses about available financial products and development opportunities. As part of the campaign, consultation sessions will be held, at which representatives of financial institutions will provide individual consultations to entrepreneurs. Experts from the Fund’s Credit and Investment Service will take part in the event from the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund:

• Melis Kyshtoobekov (March 25 – Jalal-Abad, March 26 – Osh and March 27 – Batken); • Nurbek Azygaliev (April 1 – Naryn, April 3 – Karakol and April 8 – Talas); • Amantur Aidarov (April 10 – Tokmok, April 15 – Kara-Balta and April 22 – Bishkek).
