On participation in the discussion of the draft National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic held public hearings on the draft National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030, which took place in the Park Hotel. At the invitation of the organizing committee, Ulan Sarbanov, Chairman of the Board of the Fund, represented the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.

Nurbek Tashbekov, Head of the Department of Political and Economic Research of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and Choro Seyitov, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic made welcoming remarks to the participants. The program of the event provides opportunity for the discussion of four main presentations on the draft National Development Program: 1) economic block (industrialization, regional hub, agriculture and tourism, green energy center); 2) cross-cutting priorities; 3) social block (labor resources, education, and healthcare) and 4) new horizons.

The draft of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030 was developed with the assistance of a team of experts from Boston Consulting Group, an international company specializing in strategic management consulting. Andrey Luk’yanov, a partner at Boston Consulting Group, headed the team.
