On March 12, 2024, an event organized by the “Training Center” of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers was held at the office of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund.

The purpose of the event was to train and increase basic knowledge about the social insurance system and pension literacy among the population.

As part of this event, the foundation staff expanded their knowledge, analyzed existing problems and discussed possible ways to solve them. Also, key aspects of the pension system, such as structure, operation, financing and regulation, were considered. The Fund's employees became familiar with the basic concepts and terms associated with the pension system, and also received up-to-date information about various types of pensions and the conditions for their assignment.

At the meeting, in addition to the Foundation employees, there were the head of the “Training Center” department of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, Elmira Omorova, and the chief specialist of the department, Baktygul Sarymsakova.

Participation in this meeting allowed us to overcome gaps in knowledge, obtain up-to-date information on the state of the pension system in the country and abroad, and learn about best practices and modern trends in this area. This will help the Foundation's employees improve their skills and become more successful in their professional activities.
