About the next regular meeting of the Council Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund

On April 5, 2024, the regular twelfth meeting of the Council of the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (hereinafter referred to as the HKDF or the Fund) was held under the chairmanship of Daniyar Dzholdoshevich Amangeldiev, Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Reports on the agenda of the meeting were presented by Ulan Sarbanov, Chairman of the Board of the Foundation, Kanat Kurmanov, member of the Board, and employees of the Foundation.

At the meeting of the Council of the All-Russian Federation of Financial Markets, issues related to the implementation of instructions and decisions adopted by the Council were considered and approved. The Chairman of the Board also presented the Board's reports for 2023 and the first quarter of 2024. The issue of increasing the authorized capital of HKDF was postponed by the Council taking into account ongoing projects. During the meeting, changes to the credit and investment policy, the regulations on the credit committee and the purchasing policy of the Fund were reviewed and approved.
