About participation in the agro-investment forum
On November 23, the Hungarian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) took part in the first investment forum, designed to promote two pilot agricultural clusters - dairy production in the Chui region and red meat production in the Naryn and Issyk-Kul regions. Representatives of the Fund were Chairman of the Board Ulan Sarbanov and analyst Amantur Aidarov. An area for consultations on the Fund’s services was organized, where everyone received materials and detailed advice on the Fund’s activities.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic Mail Aliyaskarov delivered a welcoming speech at the opening of the forum. He noted that milk and dairy products are included in the list of socially significant food products.
During the forum, projects for creating agricultural clusters in three regions of Kyrgyzstan were presented, which will increase the volume of milk and meat production, improve the quality of products and ensure their availability on the market. Issues of financing projects, opportunities for cooperation between investors and producers, as well as prospects for the development of agriculture in the country were discussed.
