- BIS Hungary Kft. – Corporate Profile Scope of Activities: BIS Hungary Kft. specializes in the design, manufacturing, installation, thermal insulation, repair, and maintenance of energy and technological equipment. Our core focus is on pressure equipment, such as tanks, heat exchangers, boilers, furnaces, and pipelines. Our Services: We offer comprehensive solutions in the following industries: • Nuclear power plants, thermal power plants, and district heating facilities • Oil and gas facilities • Chemical plants and pharmaceutical factories • Food processing plants and cement factories • Dismantling, maintenance, and installation of industrial boilers Additionally, we provide pipeline thermal insulation and installation and operation services for various facilities. Our Partners: Our domestic clients include leading companies such as MOL, BorsodChem, TEVA, TVK, MVM Mátrai Hőerőmű, and MVM Veolia. Internationally, we collaborate with the Bilfinger Group, Siemens, Linde Engineering, Linde Selas, and Xervon. Certifications: BIS Hungary Kft. holds Hungary’s highest-level nuclear certification (ABOS 1), enabling us to work in areas near the Paks Nuclear Power Plant reactor. We also aim to participate in the construction of the Paks-2 project. Additionally, we are certified for manufacturing pressure vessels and steel structures. General Contracting and Subcontracting: As a general contractor (EPC contracts), we execute complete facility construction projects. As a subcontractor, we handle the installation of technological systems. Our projects are delivered on a lump-sum basis or through multi-year framework agreements, including on-site operation and maintenance. In 2022, we established Kraft Europe B.V., a joint venture equally owned by BIS Hungary Kft. and our Dutch partner, enabling us to undertake more complex projects. Capacity and Locations: As Hungary’s leading industrial service provider, we operate multiple locations, including sites in Paks, Százhalombatta, and Tiszaújváros. Our expert team comprises nearly 700 employees. Export Activities: Our export division includes 150 employees, offering services in English, German, French, Spanish, and Russian. We are active in Western Europe, particularly in Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden. Strategic Goals: • Expanding into new markets within the European Union and the Central and Southeast European regions. • Entering Central Asian markets, particularly Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan.
